The majority of items on the website are in stock. We want to offer a wide range of items so occasionally we need to order items in from our suppliers. This means your order could take slightly longer than our stated dispatch time to be sent.
We will wait for all of your items to come into stock before sending your order unless there will be a lengthy delay with any of your items.

Orders are usually processed and sent within 2/4 working days but there are occasions when it may be slightly quicker or slightly longer. All of our fabric is cut by hand and orders and picked and packed by hand

Any orders received after 12pm are classed as being made on the next working day

UK Delivery 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a door to door tracked service. You will receive tracking information once your order has been scanned by Royal Mail. This is usually the evening or day after we have sent you a dispatch notification

Royal Mail 1st Class is not guaranteed to be Next Day Delivery. Please contact us to if you would like us to arrange a Next Day guaranteed service which will incur an extra cost. 

Based on Royal Mail policy - 
UK - If your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact us. We can then contact Royal Mail who will investigate where you order is using their tracking system. If you have opted for 1st Class then we are unable to track it and so we ask you to wait the full 10 working days before we will send a replacement.
Europe - If your order does not arrive it will be replaced after 20 working days from the due delivery date.
Rest of the World - If your order does not arrive it will be replaced after 25 working days from the due delivery date.

Rest of World Delivery

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Customers are liable for these costs. Please note: We are unable to estimate any import duty fees that you may be charged, so would recommend contacting your Customs office. This may cause delays in the items arriving with you once they leave us in the UK.
