I've very much gone back to my design roots here, where my love of cross stitch began as a child when I discovered samplers and this traditional style sampler is full of symbolic motifs such as hearts (love) bee (hope) pair of birds (eternal life) crown (dignity) butterfly (transformation) roses (beauty) shamrock (luck) and many more.......

It is all whole cross stitches except for a very small bit of backstitch and you can personalise the design with your name and date of completion as is traditional with samplers using the alphabet/numbers.
