Mill Hill Owl Egg Jim Shore beaded cross stitch kit

Takes a while to complete but worth it

This is second Mill hill beads and cross stitch kit I've completed or in the process of finishing. Comes in 2 parts, along with threads and components to complete the kit. I figured out the numbers are DMC colours by referencing with DMC colour chart. Roughly takes about 2 weeks to complete depending on how much progression made. How I approached is do all cross stitch and back stitch first on both parts and then add the beading. I find other designs in series creepy except for the turtle I probably won't get as over burden with cross stitch kits as it is. I like the overall design, the owl has neutral look. There's gaps in back stitch which could be part of design. I decided to slightly altered the pattern. Almost near completion with assembly. Cross stitch still grindy but process becomes quicker with bead stitching. I honestly don't want do this kits in the series but I will stitch other Mill hill kits.
