This elegant winged horse is adapted from a 6th/7th-cantury Persian tapestry found at Antinöe in Egypt. (Lyon, Musée Historique des Tissus)
Materials and Techniques
You can use any even weave fabric such as Aida cloth or linen. The threads are DMC floss. Stitching uses whole cross-stitches only.
