C214 inf., fol. 136v) The alphabet is adapted from an 8th-century German manuscript, “Der Herscher als Gesetzgeber”. (St. Gallen, Stiftsbibliothek)

Materials and Techniques

You can use any even weave fabric such as Aida cloth or linen. The threads are DMC floss. Only whole cross-stitches are used.
